You may return your purchase for any reason within 7 days after receiving your merchandise for virtual store credit or exchange only. All items returned must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags still attached.

All returns must be pre-authorized by SpineClothing.com. All authorized returns shipped to SpineClothing.com will incur a 15% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Once we receive your request, we will e-mail you a return authorization number. All returns authorized by SpineClothing.com are subject to inspection to insure that the item is unworn and unused with tags still attached.

SHIPMENT/ORDER PROCESSING:

We will ship within the USA only. For foreign orders, please fax your order to +1 (949) 625-7833. If there are any problems with processing the order, we will attempt to contact you via e-mail and/or phone.

Order processing takes approximately 24-48 hours. All shipments are sent either UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, unless special arrangements are made with SpineClothing.com.

Normal UPS/FedEx Ground will take approximately 5-7 business days. If you are shipping within California shipping time is 1-3 business days.

If item is not in stock you will be contacted via e-mail and given approximate ship date if agreed upon.

RISK OF LOSS/DELAY:

All items purchased from SpineClothing.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss/delay and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
